HERITAGE PHOTOGRAPHY GREECE
Object Photography
Object photography forms a large part of archaeological photography and requires attentiveness to faithfully depict the form and details of an object which can very often be fragmentary. Objects come in many shapes and sizes and can be masterpieces of art or everyday objects. This requires a certain degree of inventiveness in lighting, camera and object set ups, The task is to approach every subject with an even hand. Also, when working with large numbers of objects one must keep a consistency in depiction over the range to enable objects to be studied and compared.
